Practice your pitching skills the same way college athletes do! All sessions are instructed by Gopher Baseball Coaches and Student-Athletes on the team. They take place in the beautiful Indoor Fieldhouse; Gibson Nagurski Fieldhouse. The pitching clinic will be held on Sunday nights and is designed and run by Gopher Pitching Coach, Alec Crawford. Our 2026 clinic will feature skill instruction in conjunction with innovative arm care and pitching techniques designed to get you better while also having fun in the process. In addition, campers will have the opportunity to use the same technology and up to date equipment that current Gopher pitchers use on a daily basis.

Campers will begin the 4 week program with dry mechanics, progressing through a return to throw program and finishing with pitch design development sessions on our portable Trackman Units using mounds in a bullpen setting.

Overall program features include an emphasis on:

• Understanding and implementation of movement of elite level pitchers
• Explosive training and repetition for top level movement
• Return to throw program - long toss and arm pattern efficiency
• Velocity development
• Pitch design with technology such as Trackman Baseball
• Pick off & pitcher fielding practice - game awareness teachings
• Recovery Protocols - understanding how to optimize performance

Gopher Baseball Clinics are open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, grade level, and/or gender.
